The Rise of Islam

The Rise of Islam is in our face today.  9/11 was our first wake up call.  Right now ISIS marching through Iraq and Syria is of greatest concern. The Saudi snakes are financing them.  We could call the Rise of Islam the Rise of a Shia Superstate if the Iranian Shiites prevail in their current caliphate in the massacre of the Mideast.  Or, if the Sunni Saudis prevail then we will see a Sunni Superstate.  My guess at this point?  The Shias will give rise to Mystery Babylon, the end time economic powerhouse based on the seafaring trade of wealth, oil wealth as revealed in Revelation.  And, the Sunnis who burn her with fire, that's nuclear attack, will be the military beast from the pit of hell she rides on, a Sunni military jihad. (Revelation 17,18) 

The Bible told us that these peoples would be a very violent and dangerous people who are continually at war with one another and everyone else. Genesis 16:12 NIV reveals: He will be a wild donkey of a man; his hand will be against everyone and everyones hand against him, and he will live in hostility against all his brothers."  Jesus warned us that false prophets would arise and deceive many.  "And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray." (Mt. 24:11)  Mohammed, and his successors are the ultimate false prophets.  Sadly, millions are following him to hell.  The Antichrist is the Assyrian (Isaiah, etc.)  Today, the Assyrians are Islamic.  So, watch... and pray

Weapons Technology

Jesus said: "As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be at  the Coming of the Son of Man." {Mt. 24:37}

What was it like in the days of Noah?  The violence of humanity had corrupted and defaced, the earth. We can read that massive  and violent world war. They were continually at war with weapons technology that we can't even imagine today.  The Lord saw that human evil was growing more and more across the earth. ... By this time the earth had become ruined in God's opinion and filled with violence. [Gen. 6:5a,11 ISV]  The Hebrew word for violence is 'chamac', including violent and damage.  The Hebrew word for 'ruined' is 'shachath'.  This word includes (causatively) ruin, batter, destroy, mat, uterly waste. (KJV Lexicon Biblehub)  God had to cleanse the whole earth with a flood and start over again.

Let's talk about current weapons technology as it relates to Bible prophecy, specifically nuclear.  For the first time in documented history mankind has the weapons technology to annihilate the human race and utterly destroy the earth in fires of nuclear conflagration.  Jesus warned us about these days.  He said: "And you will hear of wars and threats of wars, but don't panic.   Nation will go to war against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.   In fact, unless the Lord shortens that time of calamity not a single person would survive.  But form the sake of His chosen ones He has shortened those days.  Then everyone will see the Son of Man with great power and glory.  And He will send out His angels to gather His chosen ones from all over the world- from the farthest ends of the earth and heaven."   (Mark 13:7a,8a,20,26,27 ISV)

Just think, this world is going into nuclear war. The nuclear weapons the nations have stockpiled will be brought into play eventually. The book of Revelation makes that perfectly clear.  Revelation 9 tells of a great  and evil world war that will start at the banks of the Euphrates River.  That's modern day Muslim Iran, Iraq, Syria, and Turkey. 1/3 of humankind will die in this war.  What will the weapons be? Fire, smoke, and sulfur. That's nuclear conflagration. The nukes will be used in case you've ever wondered if they will or not.  But, praise be to God Jesus will come again and save this world from nuclear annihilation. Even so, come Lord Jesus.
